Q. Do you ship outside of the USA?
A. We can ship out of the USA but please contact us first so we can give you a shipping estimate.
You can either email us at info@dakotasteelart.com before the order to request a quote or call us
at 701-242-7747. Please provide the contents of your order and location so we will have an
accurate weight so we can get an accurate shipping amount.
Q. How much does each of the spinners weigh?
A. Please view our shipping weight page for details.
Q. How long will it take to ship the products that are ordered?
A. All orders are received within 12-24 hours excluding weekends. They will be processed then
packaged. If your item is 1-2 items or less than 2 lbs it will be sent USPS priority mail and if it's
more than 3 items or over 2 lbs it will be sent UPS. We'll also send you a tracking number via the
email address at which you purchased the product unless otherwise noted. You should receive you
package within 7 business days at the latest. If you haven't received it within that time frame please
call or email us immediately.
Q. Do I have to spray anything on my Wind Spinner to prevent it from rusting?
A. No, our wind spinners are made of stainless steel to prevent them from rusting. Also, all of our
wind spinners are protected with our Lifetime Rustproof Guarantee. If for some reason your spinner
does rust you can return it with no questions asked in exchange for a new one of your choice of
equal or lesser value.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are unhappy with your
purchase just ship it back to us and we'll refund you in full (less the return shipping charges). Or
you can just exchange it for a new one.
Q. Does the spinner I purchase come with a swivel to hang it from?
If it happens to break can I get a replacement?
A. Yes, our spinners come with a rugged, easy turning swivel, because they are outdoors in all
weather conditions and not being greased or maintained. If it does happen to quit working within the
first 12 month's we will replace it free. If you need a new swivel after that, we will sell you one for
$2.00 which includes the shipping.
Q. What sizes of Wind Spinners do you sell?
A. Our spinners come in 5 different sizes. They range from 3, 4, 8, 10, 12, and 16 inches in
diameter, which means from side to side and top to bottom.
Q. What does the gauge of steel mean?
A. The lower the gauge number the thicker the steel. Our 18 gauge steel is extremely heavy duty.
They are shipped to you semi flat and all you need to do is fan the spinner out. Don't be afraid to
bend it because it won't brake.
Q. Where do you recommend I hang my new wind spinner?
A. 1. Outside in a garden or by an entrance on one of our shepherds hook stands.
2. From the roof of a porch or deck by it's swivel.
3. Inside your house hanging by one of our rotators or just by the swivel itself.
4. The 4 inch mini's look great hanging from any bigger spinner especially the gazingball spinners.
They also make excellent Christmas tree ornaments or we've even heard that people hang them
from their rear view mirror.
